- קְשַׁטch. sam( Hithpa. הִתְקַשֵּׁט to dress, adorn ones self).Pa. קַשֵׁט 1) to straighten, correct. Targ. 1 Chr. 29:18. 2) to go in a straight line, to shoot forth. Targ. Hos. 6:3 מְקַשֵׁיט (not מִ׳; ed. Lag. מקשט; h. text נכון). 3) to prepare.
